Technical support will answer any questions related to the technical aspects of the implementation of the application; how to develop new feature if needed, as well as in individual adaptation of the application to the requirements of the Beneficiary and the project. 

LIFE experts will answer any questions related to LIFE requirements, reporting and administrative rules and conditions and how the application allows them to meet. They will also help you with application set up and answer all finance related questions. If needed they will serve as your external monitoring team.
